Ingredients of Grilled Mexican Corn
- 4 corn ear
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- freshly ground black pepper as required
- salt as required
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 3 tablespoon smoked barbeque sauce
- 1 handful coriander leaves
How to make Grilled Mexican Corn
Step 1 Grill the corn ears until slightly blackTo make this sizzling recipe, heat a griller over medium heat. After the griller is ready, place a corn on it. Let a side of the corn cook until it turns slightly black. Turn and cook all the sides of corn ear. Repeat the same with rest of the corn ears as well.
Step 2 Prepare the chilli-mayonnaise mixtureWhile the corns are being grilled, take a medium mixing bowl, and mix mayonnaise, smoked barbeque sauce, red chilli powder, lemon juice, pepper and salt into it. Stir the mixture well until incorporated.
Step 3 Brush chilli-mayonnaise mixture over the grilled corns and serveAfter all the corn ears are nicely grilled, brush each corn ear equally with the chilli-mayonnaise mixture and serve hot and fresh.
Tips
To make it more delicious sprinkle some chaat masala.
